The PBscience team recently contributed to the book Performance Cycling: the Science of Success, edited by Dr James Hopker and Dr Simon Jobson. Dan and Helen co-authored a chapter entitled Training with heart rate and power while Helen also contributed a chapter on Coach-athlete relationships. Training Peaks plans

We have a wide (and growing!) selection of training plans that can be purchased through the Training Peaks online system. If you're looking for a structured training plan that you can trust then this could be the option for you. We have plans aimed at a specific time of year (e.g. winter base building) through to plans aimed at specific event preparation (e.g. Etape du Tour 12 week plan). We're always looking to expand our library of plans so please get in touch if there's something we're missing.
